The server sends DNS queries for the requested record types to public recursive resolvers and returns the answers along with their TTL values.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I see different results than my computer?

DNS answers are cached and can vary by resolver and location. Recently changed records may take until their TTL expires to update everywhere.

Which record types are supported?

The planned set is A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, NS, TXT, SOA, CAA and SRV.
