How do I get the full headers?
In Gmail use “Show original”, in Outlook “View message source” or “Message details”, in Apple Mail View → Message → All Headers.
Can headers be faked?
Yes. Only headers added by servers you trust — usually your own provider’s topmost Received and Authentication-Results — are reliable. Earlier hops can be forged by the sender.
