Website Screenshot Tool
Backend requiredCapture a screenshot of a public web page at desktop, tablet or mobile size, rendered by a sandboxed browser on our servers.
Backend integration required. Capturing screenshots needs the NetTools server, which isn’t deployed yet, so no request is sent and no results are invented. No screenshot is ever faked: Preview layout only shows a labelled wireframe of where the image will appear.

Working…
Enter a URL and choose a viewport to capture the page.
How it works
A headless browser on the NetTools server opens the page at the chosen viewport size, waits for it to load and captures an image. It runs isolated from internal networks, with no stored cookies or logins, so it sees the page like a first-time visitor.
What the screenshot shows
- The page as a first-time visitor at the chosen size sees it: no cookies, no logins, default language.
- Cookie banners and pop-ups appear as they would for a new visitor.
- Pages that detect automated browsers may show a challenge page instead of their content.
Safeguards & responsible use
- Sandboxed, disposable browser with no access to internal networks; every request the page makes is checked against private address ranges (SSRF protection).
- Hard limits on load time, page height, image size and concurrent captures; downloads and pop-ups are blocked.
- Screenshots are returned directly and deleted from the server afterwards.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the screenshot show a cookie banner?
The capture browser is a first-time visitor with no stored consent, so it sees what a new visitor sees.
Can it capture pages behind a login?
No. Only public pages are captured; no credentials or cookies are used.
Why does the page look different than in my browser?
Sites adapt to the viewport, location and language of the visitor, and some block automated browsers.
