Email Provider Compliance Check
Result
How it works
Runs the DNS and transport checks that providers publish as requirements and maps each to pass or fail. Requirements that need a real message (such as one-click unsubscribe headers) are checked via the Email Header Analyzer.
Safeguards & responsible use
- Only public domain names are accepted; internal names (.local, .internal, …) are rejected.
- Queries go to public resolvers, never to internal DNS.
- Per-client rate limiting and query timeouts.
- No mailbox credentials are requested or used.
Frequently asked questions
Which requirements are checked?
Measurable technical ones: authentication, alignment, DMARC policy presence, forward-confirmed reverse DNS and TLS. Spam-rate thresholds can only be seen in each provider’s own tools.
Are the requirements up to date?
Each check links to the provider’s published guidelines, which are reviewed whenever they change.
